Global Telecom is operating mobile networks in Algeria ("Djezzy"), Pakistan ("Jazz"), Bangladesh ("banglalink") having a total population under license of approximately 400 million.

Global Telecom Holding is a member of the VEON Group, one of the world's largest mobile telecommunications provider by number of customers.

Algeria

GTH witnessed success as "Djezzy" was launched in February 2002. Djezzy, is the leader in a very attractive growth market, with a strong local partner.

Djezzy serves 16.3 million customers on its network and has a 36% market share (as of December 31, 2016).("Djezzy") was granted a license in July 2001 to provide GSM telecommunications services in Algeria. Djezzy operates a mobile network and provides a range of prepaid and postpaid voice, data and multimedia telecommunications services.

Pakistan

GTH's operation in Pakistan, Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd ("Mobilink") started its operations in Pakistan in 1994. In April 2001, GTH took over management control of the company.
Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Mobilink or PMCL) operates the leading
mobile network in Pakistan and provides a range of prepaid and postpaid voice and data telecommunication services to both individual and corporate customers. Mobilink's network is the most extensive in Pakistan, and Mobilink also enjoys the most widespread retail channel in the country. Mobilink merged with Warid on 1 July 2016.

Mobilink and Warid rebranded as "Jazz" in January 2017. Jazz leads in customer market share and serves approximately 51.6 million customers and has a 38% market share post the merger with "Warid" (as of December 31, 2016).

Bangladesh

GTH's operation in Bangladesh, Banglalink, is one of the fastest growing operators with a strong focus on increasing value share.

In September 2004, GTH purchased 100% of Sheba Telecom (Pvt.) Limited in Bangladesh. GTH re-branded and launched its services as "Banglalink" in February 2005. Immediately after the launch, GTH started its aggressive plans to develop Banglalinkinto a leader in the mobile sector by rapidly expanding its mobile network to provide high quality communications services at affordable prices. Banglalink serves 30.4 million customers with 25% market share (as of December 31, 2016).
